InGaAs PDA Operating Electronics
To operate an InGaAs array a preamplifier, a front end electronics with ADC and an interface board is required. Various interfacing solutions are available. Please see extra page. A cooling controller is required if the temperature of the InGaAs chips should be lowered and stabilized.
