Interfaces of Operating Electronics

The modular concept of the tec5 Operating Electronics allow for different interfaces that are interchangeable with each other. Currently we support the 3 most common types.

All tec5 interace electronics have precise START pulse generation, and the ability to connect with external hardware for trigger signals and Digital I/Os.

	PCI Interface
		PD-PCI01V1		PCI card, cable connection to FEE boards, special version with 64kWords buffer available
		Note: the FEE-...STD version is required
	USB Interface
		PD-USB01V2		USB 2.0 standard, 8kWord buffer, same form factor as FEE board, slips on top of board or flat-ribbon connection
		Note: the FEE-...EMB version is required
	Ethernet Interface
		PD-ETH01V1		Ethernet 802.3 10/100 Base-T standard, large buffer, same form factor as FEE board, slips on top of board or flat-ribbon connection. Data preprocessing in preparation.
