Description

The tec5USA Ultraviolet-Visible spectrophotometer (spectrometer) system offers several wavelength range options from 190 – 1100 nm. The detector options include CCD, CMOS and NMOS technology making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The resolution of the device ranges from ∆λFWHM 2 – 10, while the wavelength accuracy is <0.3 nm. With the tec5USA UV-Vis spectrometer,  acquisition times are as low as a few milliseconds, which allows for real-time monitoring of rapid reactions. The device is equipped with multiplexing operation capability, allowing for a connection to up to 32 measurement locations with a single device.  The spectrometer interfaces with distributed control systems for online process control and automation via various connection protocols such as Modbus, 4..20 mA and OPC.
